• include instructions for use and storage
• include our standard “Thank You” tag

Order Processing

We process orders on a First Come First Served basis. Everything is made from scratch & made to order.
We ask that you order ahead of time to ensure that your gifts/favors will be ready & delivered on schedule.

Depending on your order, quantities & product choice and season; your order can take between 7 days - 10 weeks before it is ready to be shipped.

We recommend that you contact us for more specific time frames and offer some general guidelines below and refer to our shipping policies outlined on our SHOP Pages.

General Guidelines (not including delivery)

• CP Soaps and All Custom Cold Process Soap Products: require 8-10 weeks
• HP Soaps and All Custom Hot Process Soap Products: require 6-8 weeks
• Creams, Balms, Perfumes, Bath Melts, Milk Baths & Teas, Bath Bombs: require 4-6 weeks
• All LARGE orders: require 4-10 weeks (depending on your product selection & quantities)

Minimum Orders: Please refer to each product description for minimum order requirements and contact us for orders over 100 items and custom orders.

We will gladly customize our products for all your special events
and create something special just for you!
(Additional charges may apply for some custom orders).

Other Info:

• Where applicable limited quantities are available for individual gift purchases of some of our products.
• Please check with us we do have stock products that might not be listed on our website.
• You may also purchase any of our regular sized products for “Favors and Gifts”.
• If you can’t find a product, chances are that it was a custom order, for information or to order this product please email us with the product details and product number.
