As all our products are MADE TO ORDER, we can easily custom blend something for you by removing or substituting an ingredient or two if needed! Let us know what we can do to make a product friendlier for your use.

Natural Apothecary Products are:

- Cruelty free and have not been tested on animals
- Safe & gentle enough to use on most sensitive skins
- Naturally Self Preserving
- Contain NO water and are preservative & chemical free
For longer lasting products we recommend the following:
- Keep ALL products stored in a cool, dry place, away from water and direct light.
- Soaps: Allow soaps to dry in a soap dish when not in use.
- Butters/Creams/Scrubs/Salves: To avoid contamination we suggest that you use a small spoon or spatula and scoop up the desired amount of product to apply to skin. Products may melt in warm environments and can be stored in fridge if needed.
- Products that contain milk powders should be used within 2 months from the date of purchase.
- Milk Teas/Milk Baths should be stored in the fridge to maintain freshness.
Despite all the natural goodness in our products, all products are:

- Products that contain oils will make the tub/shower slippery. Always use caution when getting in/out of tub/shower.
- Products that contain essential oils may not be suitable for pregnant women, small children and people certain medical conditions.
- Essential oils may have contraindications for the use while taking certain medication and are not recommended at all for use with some health conditions.
Please read ingredient listing carefully, KNOW your Health & If in doubt, please consult your physician before using essential oils/products containing essential oils. Please let us know if you have any health concerns, we can make all our products without essential oils or can create something unique for your individual skin care needs.

In addition to our standard products we custom blend products and personalize them for clients (for personal use and or for special occasions). As such not all our products are listed on our websites. If you have a product not listed on our site, it was most likely a custom order. Please contact us for information, details and refills.
